We currently ship orders from Lithuania (EU) to most countries in the European Union, as well as to Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping options:
Lithuania: 2–4 business days
EU countries: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom / Norway / Switzerland: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on postal or customs delays.
Shipping carriers:
We use reliable postal and courier services such as Lietuvos Paštas, DPD, or Omniva, depending on destination and parcel size.
Shipping costs:
The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Customs and Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the European Union (e.g., to the UK, Norway, Switzerland) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
3. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase.
If you are not satisfied, you may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, according to EU consumer rights.

Conditions:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos — we’ll replace it or issue a full refund.

Because our items are handcrafted, availability may be limited.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first — we’ll confirm if a replacement is possible.
