Inside the Workshop: Returning to an Old Project
Some time ago, I was started a small experimental project that never quite left my mind. Coming back to them, I could feel the first elements of the object slowly taking shape again.
Over the past weeks, a small collection of copper plates has been forming on my workbench again. Each square holds a hand-shaped dome, still marked by hammer blows, heat, and oxidation. These imperfect surfaces echo earlier attempts, now merging with new energy and direction.
This is a continuation of an idea that began long ago, now finding a new rhythm. I’ll be sharing more of the process soon.
More soon.
